Topic: Converters Used for Digiface Line/Headphone Out

I've just bought a Digiface to act as my primary audio interface with a Prism Orpheus.

I'm attempting to use the Line Out as an extra monitoring source.

Can anyone tell me which model of converters are used for the Digiface Line/Headphone Out?

Thanks very much for that info.

The manual lists the latency of the Digiface's Line Out as 43.4 samples (DA (43.4 x 1/fs) ms @ 44.1k & 48k).  This matches the Group Delay listed in the datasheet for the Analog Devices AD1852 DA converter.

Does the 0.4 samples matter?

In other words should I assume the latency is rounded up to 44 samples or down to 43 samples?

I'm trying to diagnose latency problems with my Orpheus, and need to use the Digiface's Line Out as a known latency reference.
