Topic: FireFace 400 - cannot run fut_win_fire_400 on my windows xp system

Hi!

I've just downloaded the latest driver for my FF400 win_fire_29992.zip. I've updated the driver and it went ok, it shows now that I have the driver version 2.9992 in the "About" section. I have the 2 icons in the tray.

But then I've downloaded the fut_win_fire_400.zip and wanted to update the firmware because it tells me to do it when I click on the Fireface Setting. And here is the problem - when I click on the fireface_fut_400.exe file, it just doesn't do anything, no window appears, nothing.

Please help! What should I do?

I have a pc and windows xp sp3 intalled.

And I have no sound coming out now when I play an audiofile.... ((

Wrong driver - use 3.067. New firmware - new driver. That easy.

Currently I downloaded the 3.034 driver and did the firmware update and it worked! It works now, I have the sound ))). I didn't try to download the 3.067 driver because it says that it is for windows 7. Will it work for windows xp as well?

P.S. Going to try that 3.067 driver anyway ))
