Topic: UFX Outputs 11/12 (headphones 2) lost after updating ti OS X 10.7.4

Title is self explanatory.

After updating to Mac OS X 10.7.4 lost outputs 11/12 (headphones 2). I can't route any sound from Total Mix or DAW to those outputs seems that the OS doesn't recognize them.

using Firewire and USB is the same problem drivers and firmware are up to date....

help please....

It works as expected here. Which driver / firmware do you have installed? Tried a mixer reset to remove any wrong routings, mutes, etc?

Options > Reset Mix > Total Reset
