I tried to install all the drivers you have and when I double click the Icon nothing happens exept for appearance of the small icon in the right side of the taskbar (where all the things open in the background close to the clock and date).
Same with the mixer.

It says:
- Hit the Win key, type 'Device Manager', start the Device Manager by selecting it from the list and hit Return.

- The device is shown with a yellow warning symbol.
Well, it's not. nothing is. there's nothing new in there.. it's like the pci doesnt exist.

No, all the others are PCI express and this is the only PCI on my mother board. but it worked just fine with my former soundcard..

It may be old. it look kind of old. what modification should i do to it?

It says over there:
" The normal procedure in case of boot/initialization problems is exchanging the PCI card via your retailer and/or distributor against a modified card."
Does it mean I can go to the distributor and my country and replace the old card with a new one with no charge?

OK - It was Rev. 1.5 and I did the mod.
