Topic: My Multiface box stopped working?

Hello,
After a 2 weeks wait for my new PCI card (the card I got, used, was not working) I plugged in everything,
it all seemed to work, and then I moved the box a little bit and the cable dissconnected (I think it's because of the HOST firewire connector in the box had some loose contact, because the cable didnt actually phisically dissconnected).
I tried to plug it again and now it doesnt work! I didnt even manage to produce one sound with it yet.. I am so depressed and frustrated by it I just want to kill myself.
What should I do to fix it?

Don't despair, try installing the card and drivers in a different computer. If it still doesn't work then contact your Reseller to request their help with this issue
