Topic: Additional 2 or 4 channel output for babyface

I have a babyface and would like to add an addional 2 or 4 channels output. (of equal or higher sound quality)

I already have a surplus of inputs, Are there any RME products similar to adi-2 or adi-4 without the AD converters??

Any quality DA converter with ADAT ports will work. RME's only DA converters are the M-16 DA or M-32 DA converters. They will work with the Babyface and allow an excellent future upgrade path for expanded channel counts.

Hi Justin,
RME offers the ADI-2, ADI8-DS, ADI8-QS 8 AD/DA converters.
Any of which will be an excellent for adding higher quality AD/DA to your Babyface setup.
You can also use our Fireface UCX or UFX as stand alone AD/DA. Using the FF UCX or UFX will also add more Mic pres as well as headphone outputs. They can also be used as am additional or back up audio interface along with thee Babyface.

Although the M-16/M-32 that Blair mentioned will work they will be overkill when used with the Babyface.
