Topic: UFX USB recording Multichannel WAV Editor

Using Multichannel WAV Editor 1.0 to prepare the files for importing  to Audition 3 results in failure mesage during importing to Audition "not supported file format or .raw" in case of transferring to 2 channel files. Transfering to Multichannel file works well but at importing to AUDITION it aggregates singel mono files, not good for my classical recording work. The only way to get stereo files to audition I found is: create one multichannel file with Multichannel wav Editor, import it into Digicheck in recorde mode and save it as 2 channel files. Those files are recognized by Audition as 24 bit packaged  files type 1 ( as the mono files of WAV Editor too).
What format are the 2 channel files of Multichannel WAV Editor? Is that the only way via DigiCheck to get compatble stereo files ?

See later posts in this thread for hints and pitfalls in using DURec and and MCWE:

Suggestions have been made for improving the flexibility in managing the file splitting, but not implemented at this stage.

We will check this specific case, as - obviously - DC and MCWE should have identical output files.
