Topic: fireface uc

Hi i have a fool problem which is not logical.

i use mac book pro and bought a fireface uc usb sound card. i install everything from original cd but nothing works.the mixer or audio settings . i can not use it and want to change it tomorrow i hope there will be an answer till tomorrow cause i really want to use rme products need your help

maybe firmware updated how ? maybe we must install from your web page ( we tried )

Is the UC set to Apple mode or PC mode (double click the encoder - without USB connection - see manual)?
