Topic: Fire face 800 red HOST LED

Hi ;
my fireface 800 cann't work ,  RED the HOST LED ,it is normal yesterday , but it abnomal today.
I check for compurt manager , find face 800 driver missing , I connector other Fire face 800(  normal one ) ,I can find the dirver of fire face 800.
I am in China , woudl you tell us where can repaire it in China?

SN is 23109747, buy it from hongkong S&V Samford Instruments Ltd,
they say I must send it to US for inspection , base on the result of inspection then repaired it .
from User guide , your company warranty 2years , but they warranty 1years .
I must  used it everyday , S&V don;t replace bad  during waiting for repair .
since this fireface 800 don;t buy from synthaxchina , so they don;t repaire it .
need you give me help

Hi Jenny,
Take or send it to HK. They fixed mine while I waited :-)

Although it seems more like computer problem, rather than RME hardware problem!
Mine went in because it was one of the first ones with the crackling headphone output problem after the firmware update.
