Topic: # of channels available with WDM/KS in Win7-64

Hi, I haven't been able to find this info in the manual or searching this forum:

How many channels are made available in Win7-64 when using the WDM/KS drivers, in an app like Reaper for instance. All 64, or just 8? I assume Windows Sound devices can only see the single 8 ch loudspeaker device, but what about more sophisticated multitrack apps?

All channels are available. Even with the HDSPe MADI FX.

Thanks MC! One more thing. How many devices/channels appear within the Windows Sound control panel to Windows apps? Can you post a screenshot of this page for instance of one of these cards in a Win7-64 system?
