Topic: OSC control on Localhost

Is it possible to control TotalMix FX using Localhost?

All of the examples and effort from what I have read pertain to TouchOSC and require the IP address of the machine the Fireface UCX is connected to and the remote machine (iPad, etc) IP address.  But I am trying to use OSC to control TotalMix FX from the same machine attached to it, in order to have more robust control and feedback than what is provided via MIDI.

If this is possible, please direct me to instructions that I can use to set it up properly.

Well I guess I should have run a test first.

Hopefully this is an indication that it should work.

I configured OSC in TotalMix and set the Host IP address for the Remote Control to the IP address of the local machine.  Then I started up OSCulator and it can see if and provides feedback whenever I moved some of the sliders in TotalMix.

Please confirm if that is all I need to do.
