Topic: Newbie: FF800 channels 9 and 10 not being picked up by Cubase 5

Tried searching the forum but couldn't find solution..I apologize as  this ground has probably been covered.
Recording 10 tracks at the same time. Cubase sees the first 8 no problem.
Channels 9 and 10 are not getting into cubase.
I see them in total mix fine.
Lined into RME channels 9 and 10 from an api rack preamp.
Have updated software & drivers etc. Spinning my wheels now.
OS is Win 7. Would be greatful for any suggestions.
PS..the matrix is confusing to me.

Check the Fireface Settings app. It sounds like you have set "Limit Bandwidth" to the Analog 1-8 settings. Any other setting will allow you to use inputs 9 & 10.
