Topic: software playback channels missing

Hi,

I updated the firmware and drivers on my UFX yesterday to the latest version and am using firewire. now i can't access software playback channels from 9-16. they have a dash beside them in the active column of the channel layout box and i can't switch them on. am i being really dumb or have i messed up the upgrade? thanks for any help you can give.

Screenshot please, and check that else everything is working and you don't use 96 kHz up.
