Topic: HDSPe AIO mobo compatibility

Hi , I am interested in getting the RME HDSPe AIO for my music PC and I want to know if it is (or not) compatible with the following motherboards:Gigabyte Z77x-UD5H and Intel DZ77GA-70K and also any preference the AIO might have for any one in particular.The processor is Intel core i7 2600k.Windows 7   64b.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

RME HDSPe PCI-e cards, USB or Firewire devices will work fine on any of these boards or chip sets.
