Topic: My MACBook does not recognize UCX

my macbook is a 2010 the typical white, intel core duo 2.4, with 4 gb ram version 10.6.8.
i put it on the usb and the power cord, everything right as you say in the manual. turn the computer and the UCX on
and nothing!!!!! nothing!!!!!

what can it be? i used to use a focusrite usb, and nooo problem ever in life

please help me!!

have you downloaded the latest drivers from the website?

you have flicked the on switch on the back of the unit, haven't you?
