I have this card from 2003, she's is Ok with Windows XP. I have install the latest (hdsp_wdm_331.zip)drivers with windows seven, or windows vista and my card can not function. I don't understand. I tried old drivers, but is not OK.

With computer 1 and 2 All seem correct but is not. There is only a small bad sound.
Please provide more details about the nature of the problem... Does the card appear to be correctly installed?

All is OK:drivers Ok. The totalmix is Ok, the lights are on when music come! Every thing is good except the sound! Sometimes, when i have put new drivers, the card is ok a few minutes and after a bad sound come. I can't see anything wrong in the computer. My monitoring are two good yamaha MSP5!

I try today to install my PCI card and my multiface with windows 8 on my computer inspiron546, but always the same problem. All is ok, drivers ok, the latest , HDSP mixer OK (when I listen music, I can see anything wrong in the mixer, all is correct. My yamaha actives monitors MSP5 are OK, My cables Jack JACK are OK.If my card is with windows XP, there's no problem, avec with vista, seven and windows 8 I can't listen any sound only a small bad sound all the time. If I listen music, or not, it's the same sound. The sound is like the wind sound, it's not a very regular sound like a" BUZZ", with electricity problem.

Please provide more details, it is not possible to help like this.... If you say you the mixer looks ok, then where exactly do you see a sound there). Also, where exactly do you hear that "buzz"? Which outputs exactly have you connected to what exactly? Does the buzz also appear on the headphones output?

The problem is only in all output!
While I was testing on saturday with win 8, I have installed my card a new time and it was good!all WAS ok
On sunday I boot my computer(win 8) and the card or the multiface did'nt work, I didn't have sound. J'have do nothing(only sleep!and swith off the computer) and the card or the multiface did'nt work.
When the card and the multiface was in working condition I'have test the 8 analog output & the 8 analog input : ALL IS OK
On sunday I decide to réinstall my card on an 10 years old XP computer. The card & the multiface was OK, every output and input. Today I switch on my old computer and the card or the multiface didn't work in output only(Analog output or Line out output). If I send sound in input analog, I can record it without any problem.
Driver is the last one : 331
Flash update is the last one : HDSP_WDM_FUT
I hope this informations help you to find the problem.

Apparently there is some kind of hardware issue. Please contact the retailer or local distributor for repair options.
