Received babyface in October. Install on new win 7 x64 pc, with usb 3, 800W supply, with no issue.
Was a good improvement over my m-audio 192.

After 2 month use, sudden failure, no detection of card, no led lit for usb supply on pc start up.

Tried alternate port, no power.

Bought external ac supply from thomann, with supply led, supply getting power, no led / power on babyface.

Any suggestions / help appreciated.

Currently checking returns with supplier, but discarded packing, after a sweet install :-(

2nd issue, my new monitors just arived, and i have no source to test drive them. (Gutted)
