Topic: Mac OSX 10.6.8 - Fireface 400 - TotalMix crashes while saving preset

Hello,

my setup:
Fireface 400, Firmware Revision 1.71, Mac OSX driver Version 3.13, I'm using it Stand alone or with Ableton Live 8.X, Bus-Powered on a
Macbook Pro early 2008 Intel 2,41 GHz 4GB, Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.8

Problem: Since I installed latest Firmeware and drivers for the Fireface 400, TotalMix crashes all the time when saving adjustmants as a preset I click "Save", the 8 options start blinking, on click on for example preset button number 8 error message "Das Programm wurde unerwartet beendet" appears.

Any idea? Thanks so much for help, happy new year!

It seems we've been able to reproduce it and we'll hopefully have a fix soon.

Re: Mac OSX 10.6.8 - Fireface 400 - TotalMix crashes while saving preset

Hello again,

one more question (the last one, I promise ..), maybe have to open a new threat, but I suppose my concern will not be able to be solved anyway after reading the manuals: I'd like to mute tracks in TotalMix/FF400 via a Roland FC-200 Midi Foot Controller, which sends Midi-CC (CC 1 - CC 95 only). The FC-200 doesn't support Mackie Control, as far as I found out. Is this setup possible in TotaMix at all? I read in the manual TotalMix/FF400 reads Midi-CC from 102 up only for example? IF it's possible: Can I flash those settings then and use FF400 stand-alone, muting different tracks without launching the Macbook?

Thanks for an answer, nice greetings,
Mandaloo
