Topic: Bug with TotalMix and Mono track panning?

I have a couple of input channels split off to mono in TotalMix, and save the settings before shutting off the computer. Whenever I reboot, the mono tracks switch from center (where I last set them) to 100% L and R? Is this a bug? It throws off the submixes that use the mono channels each time I reboot..

F2 - Center Balance/Pan option.
