Topic: Instrument directly routed to headphone out, how?

I want to hear my bass playing live through headphones. I have the RME Babyface, but no DAW yet. I plug into the instrument input and get an incoming signal, but can't figure how to rout it directly to the headphone output.

TotalMix experts please help!
