Topic: Fireface UC problem

Hi, this is my Computer :
Windows 7 64 bits Core i7 - 16gb
Sonar X1
Sound disconnects all the time in Sonar (when I read a file or when I plug a microphone)
I have no problems for 2 years with my Fireface.
I did a test with Soundforge and sometimes it disconnects too,reading a file.

I have tried the following:
Uninstall the RME driver and re-install the new one

Please be more specific about what exactly happens. Does this also happen with other software?

yes
I did a test with Soundforge 10, the sound stops, reading a file.
also in Sonar.
What can I say?
I did a windows update 1 week ago, it came from there?

Try a different power supply and a different USB cable.
