Topic: Firefac UC connecting with 8channel analog summing box

Can someone please help me!!??

i would like to connect an 8channel analog summing box with my fireface uc.

the manuel says there are 8 analog out channels..
but at the back there are just 6 channels.
in 2 channels i pluged in my monitors, remaining 4 channels.
Is there a way to rout more then the 4 channels out of the fireface?:roll
what else can i do to connect the full 8channels Summing box with my DAW?

You can use the headphone output with a suitable spitter cable or connect an external DA converter with ADAT or SPDIF input, e.g. RME ADI-2 or ADI-8.

If i buy an extra ADI-8, can i see the 8more Channels it gives, in my Total Mix software and can i control it from there? HeadScratch

and can i use a RME ADI 8DD Interface too?

The DD is a digital format converter with no AD or DA conversion.
