Topic: Problem with Fireface UFX: Screen flicker, volume knob, (adat?)

Hi

a few days ago I updated drivers and flashed the newest firmware and somehow (I don't know if related) the fireface now has the following internal problems:

-when pushing the volume knob nothing happens - can't change which volume is controlled (I'm stuck with Phones 11/12)
-when opening the channel or the settings dialog the selected lines in the menu kind of jump up and down so it's not really possible to read or change anything (other then randomly)

with the computer and even standalone everything else works as expected

maybe related: can't get my ad-16x to work with the fireface although it worked with the fireface 400. Clock sync from the ad-16x works flawlessly, but the total mix shows no signals (not even noise). Does anyone have a clue how to solve this?

maybe I can somehow downgrade the firmware to see if that's the problem? Or do you know of anything else that could help?

Sure you can flash any older firmware to check.

Thanks for the reply! The important question I forgot to ask: where do I get the older firmwares?
