One of our customers just came to me with this inquiry, his newly bought UFX prevents his 2012 iMac from going to sleep when switched on. The machine is programmed to automatically go to sleep after 15 minutes. The screen goes black but the device itself stays on. If the UFX is switched off, sleep works as intended. iMac is running ML. Unfortunately, I don´t have the time to reproduce the issue with my private gear, so my primary question is: Is this maybe intended behaviour? If not, are there any solutions except switching the device off? It is used as a hub for demos in an instrument store w/ customer access to the iMac, of course not to the UFX, so the switching method is not the best option. Thank you in advance!
