I only can use the wheel on the Babyface to control the volume,and how to use the mac keyboard volume up/down to control the babyface volume?

Try this:
1. Open Audio MIDI Setup (located in the Utilities folder which is located in the Applications folder)
2. In the Audio Devices window: on the left-side is a list of devices: right-click on Babyface.
3. Choose "Use this device for sound output"

The mac will now control the Babyface rather than the Built-in Output.

NOTE:
I'm on Snow Leopard, so there is the possibility that there may be some difference in Lion or Mountain Lion.
