Topic: FIREFACE UC wrong playback speed

Hi,

I've just switched from windows 7-32 bit to 64-bit.
After installing all of the drivers I've noticed something strange, the playback speed across all audio players is faster (both pitch - one tone higher - and speed).
I've tried to look for possible reasons for this but I can't find it. The samplerate of the files I'm playing is 44k and this the sample rate of the card is set to, but this also happens when playing youtube videos...
Any idea how to solve this? I'm going crazy and obviously can't do any work on my studio computer until it's solved...

Just tried to uninstall the device in Device Manager. Didn't help... Does someone have an idea? What should I be looking for?

Maybe the prefs are corrupted. Did you try changing the card to 48k then switching back? Firmware up to date to match the driver?

Thanks Jeff! that did it. Changed the sample rate to 48k and back and now it's ok.
