Topic: baby face or hdspe aio for use with analog mixer

hi everyone, i could really use some advice here.  i have lots of hrdware synths, fx processors etc running through a mackie onyx analog mixer.  the onyx is used just for tracking as i mix everything itb.  which interface do you guys recommend if im just going with the outputs of the mixer to the inputs of either the babyface or aio and the outs of the interface to my studio monitors.

running windows 7 64 bit

I always prefer PCI(e) over usb. Better DAW performance for the in the box mixing (if you use fx in the box)

yea, i use fx int as well as lots of vsti's
also with the babyface would i be forced to use the pre amps?  even if im using the main outs of the onyx to the ins of the bbayface?
