Topic: HDSPe MADI: power consumption?

I'm trying to run 2 8800GT video cards in my Mac Pro 3,1 (110 Watt each), but I also have the HDSPe MADI card installed. The system works fine with just one 8800GT (tested both cards), but when I use both cards the Mac Pro randomly freezes. Does the HDSPe MADI card consume more than 80 Watts (remaining power for the PCIe slots)?

It's not anywhere even close to that.... 6.7W...
