Topic: Pro Tools 10.3.3 and DIGICheck Issues?

Hi are there any known issues regarding Pro Tools 10.3.3 and DIGICheck 5.2?

The other day while runnng PT I went to open DIGICheck and had a complete system lockup requiring a hard boot.

Since that time, if I open DIGICheck before PT the project shows activity in the faders of the mixer and the master out ... but no sound is produced. TotalMix also shows no activity.

If I close PT and DIGICheck and reopen PT, normal playback returns.

I can open DIGICheck ... with my fingers crossed, but it still seems odd. For example, if I stop the project from playing, DIGICheck continues to hold the last setting it was showing while the project was playng, that is, it does not reset to zero when the project is stopped.

Any information or suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank you.

If you use driver 3.33 or 3.34 - simply go back to driver 3.32:

OK ... had a chance to check and I am currently running 3.32.

The about screen states hardware version 55 18, lock registry is unticked and optimize multiclient mixing is ticked.

Maybe in DC the option 'Set sample rate for ASIO Inputs' is checked. Un-check it. And update to the current DC version which is 5.51.
