Topic: Multiface 2/ clock via spdif in ? / 'professional' mode

Hi,

Setup as follows:
- Clock provided by A/D converters
- Hdspe AES receiving clock via AES in
- Multiface 2 used as monitoring box.. Slave clocking via RCA/'spdif' input in 'professional' mode possible ?

The Multifae can not be used as a standalone converter, it will only work with one of the suitable inteface cards (e.g. HDSPe PCI), in which case it will clock to SPDIF also.

Thank you. What about the 'Disconnect' mode ?

Disconnect Mode still requires the PCI or PCIe card for initial configuration, which is why it is called Disconnect Mode and not Standalone Mode.
