Topic: Vostro 1320 and Fireface UCX or UC

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has used either a Fireface UCX or UC with a Dell Vostro 1320? I’m planning to buy one of these RME units but want to see if they are compatible with my laptop.

I checked the System Compatibility list for both units and it looks like the Dell Vostro 1510, which is a slightly older model seems to works besides needing to turn off "deactivation Windows battery system" to fix "problems with DPC latency."

My laptop has a different chipset and USB controller so I'm not sure. Thoughts?

RME is top of the line in terms of drivers and compatibility.

If the RME doesn't work... I don't think anything else will either.
