Topic: RME Babyface without Totalmix FX

Hello to all
I recently bought the famous Babyface but I'm not sure if doing something wrong, here goes:

After installing, I don't have sound without charging Totalmix FX

1) Is this normal?
2) Is it possible to load Babyface on standalone without TM FX (as my default SC, all win drivers are disabled)?

Also, Totalmix FX is loaded into startup with total admin rights for all users but it doesn't charge automatically. Each time, I must activate it manually......I've read the manual and haven't found this on the forum.

The quick guide says to connect and listen to your baby cry........my baby only cries with Totalmix FX!

3)Am I missing something

Do you mean that it does not appear to be entered in "Startup"?

Totalmix FX appears in startup with admin rights but it doesn't load (therefore, I don't have sound) until I double-chlick the icon.....then all is works.

Also, is there a way to re-set the Babyface?  My Cubase crashed and since reboot now my left channel is less than right.

How do I balance the channels?

Totalmix FX apparaît dans le démarrage avec les droits admin, mais il ne se charge pas (donc, je n'ai pas de son) jusqu'à ce que je double clicque l'icône ..... alors tout va œuvres.

Aussi, est-il un moyen de re-régler la Babyface -en état "default")? Mon Cubase a se planté et depuis un redémarrer, maintenant mon canal gauche est inférieure à droite, en tout cas.

Comment puis-je équilibrer les canaux?

UPDATE: I fixed the problem concerning the channels......  I don't understand what happened but it works, now!
