Topic: Extremely Sensitive Usb Connection On Bayface

have just bought a b stock babyface, and the slightest pressure (lit. light touch) will disconnect the soundcard. just wondered if this is a common problem- would like to find before i start buying new usb wires/returning items for repair etc....

I have a similar problem. Not sure if it is the usb connection but I will have a closer look at it. I already sent my babyface in to repair, but they didn't found any problem. My babafyce stops working from time to time. Only thing I can do is reconnect the usb cable.
