Topic: Fireface UC / Totalmix Headphone out issue

Hello. My Totalmix does not display a ch. 7/8 out control and I cannot get anything out for my headphones. Can anyone instruct me on what the issue may be. I had the issue a while back and can not recall what the fix was. Also, when I use the hardware level control knob on my UC it controls the balance (pan) and level which I obviously do not want it to do. Any help is more then appreciated!

1. It is hidden via Channel Layout (see menu).

2 Fully normal if you have the unit set to mono control while controlling stereo channels within TM FX.

Thanks for the reply but could you please be a little more thorough with your answer? Where in the menu do I find Channel Layout? Where do I set the unit to mono control?
