RME User Forum → HDSP(e) series → big problem with my HDSPe ..
red light card is blicking randomly (sometimes after a few hours, sometimes after a few minutes..)
and something like that appears on HDSP Mixer :
outputs become mad ..
i tried to put PCI card into another slot ... same thing
Is that the PCI card or PCIe? Tried another cable? Set power scheme to High Performance in the Windows control panel?

If it doesn't help, pull out the card and clean the gold PCI contact pins. Use a pencil eraser to lightly scrub the contacts, then use a soft cloth to clear debris.

high performance power scheme gave me some good results but i had 3/4 deconnections since my last post ..
i tried to clean up PCI contact pins .. same thing 
Which rev # is printed on the card? Was it working in this same computer previously?

Yes, it's very old, may not be compatible with a new computer. That's why I asked if it was working in the same PC previously.
i've used it on 2 differents PC, but problems appeared a few weeks ago on may last PC (I5 750 , motherboard asus P7P55D, WIN7 sp1)
i'll try tomorrow with my old PC
(same thing with older drivers)

yeahh it works perfectly now!! (i've just put this capacitor)
well .. it worked just one week .. and then nothing .. black out .. until i've plugged a power supply ... and everything works fine now !
