I do my recordings in various locations and don't always have opportunity to build a proper control room in location.
I started to wonder if it was possible to record both with and without EQ and dynamic processing.
Loopback is a way to do the trick.
The problem is that I can't monitor the processed version or send it to the artists personal mix.

My point is to make tracks sound better in the artist mix and my own too.
And if the processing sounds good in the studio control room also, I'd be able to use them as such
and maintain the tonal vibe of the recording situation.
If I had overdone some processing on location, I'd be able to use the non processed version of tracks.

Many times controlling the sound is affected with acoustics of the on location control room or acoustic bleed from the playing room.

I haven't figured out how to do all this with TM FX.
Maybe some sort of virtual double of the track would be solution.

Any ideas anyone?
