Topic: Multiface 1 OS X 10.8.4 problems

I contradicted my old rule "Never touch a running system" and I installed the latest OS X 10.8.4 update on my Mac Pro 2.8 Quad Core Intel Xeon. My Multiface stopped working. I installed the hdspe_304 driver but still the Hammerfall or Asio audio is not visible in system preferences. I already restarted the system several times. Did not tryed the different PCI slots yet. The red LED light is still ON so it indicates that there is a problem. Any solutions?

We do not support Intel CPU machines with PCI slots. And I don't know if 10.8.4 does.

The new PCIe or whatever it's called. I updated the card in the computer 2 years ago for this mac and it worked perfectly before system update I made yesterday. Now its dead sad it must be the software problem.

OK problem solved. I had to update the card inside the computer with the HDSPe Flash Update 2.27 file. Updating the driver alone wasn't enough it seems smile
