In "Readme.txt" for HDSP Series Flash Update Tool (below) is unclear about "HDSP PCI Rev. 1.8.

Quotes from "readme.txt" from the zip

"Note for HDSP PCI Rev. < 1.8 ..... All other hardware (HDSP MADI, HDSP AES-32, HDSP 9652, HDSP 9632, HDSP PCI Rev. > 1.8... includes the Secure BIOS Technology which prevents this kind of flash error."

Strictly speaking, it doesn't include the exact case of "Rev 1.8 (= 1.8) card".
I guess it's just a typo and it should read "HDSP PCI Rev. >= 1.8... includes the Secure BIOS Technology which prevents this kind of flash error."

However, there are still some possibilities that some rev 1.8 cards don't have secure updating feature and the others do....

Could anyone give me the accurate information HDSP PCI Rev "1.8" flash update safety issues.
