Topic: Totalmix window opens maximized on startup

Hi, I just got the UCX yesterday. Great product.

But for some reason when Windows loads it automatically opens up Totalmix in full size, taking up most of the screen! So I have to close/minimize it every time I turn on the pc.


My question is how to prevent Totalmix loading full size on startup?

Driver version? You might have a double entry in autostart for TotalMix causing this.

Ah, I didn't realise it was connected to the driver. Problem seems to be solved now, thank you.

Just one more quick question. Instead of turning the unit off using the power switch on the back of the UCX, is it safe to turn it off at the main power (I have a foot switch on the floor for the main power socket that it's connected to, which is more convenient than having to reach to the back of the device itself). Will this damage the device or is it considered safe?
