Topic: Madiface XT knobs

Hi there
Just got my Madiface XT and wondering if one of the encoders is broken.
It seems nothing happends when i press to upper encoder, please see this short clip:

Am i missing something?

The knob may be a bit too far in. Try to pull it out 1 mm. Otherwise please exchange the unit.
