Topic: BNC Co-Ax Word Clock Sync Cables (75 vs. 50 Ohm)

What's the difference if any (besides the impedance) if i use short 50 ohm (1 meter or less) co-ax cables to sync seperate audio interfaces, as opposed to the 75 ohm recommended cable ?

Example...Rme ADI-8 QS Word Clock Out to Focusrite Octopre Platinum 8 channel pre amp Word Clock In.

I suspect long runs of cable would be affected, anyone ???

Re: BNC Co-Ax Word Clock Sync Cables (75 vs. 50 Ohm)

I've used what ever BNC-cable available in short distances without any trouble.
Recently I've been buying custom made 75 ohm cables just to make sure that everything works 100%.
