will totalmix respond to OSC internally from other software on the same computer or does it need to recieve from extrernal network source ? I have tried to get reaper to send some commands and it doesnt seem to work.. I have the ports setup properly and used 127.0.0.1 as the IP, but totalmix didnt recieve anything.. I also tried the IP the router had used for the computer and still didnt work.

I wanted to see if its possible to automate totalmix from a DAW..
