This is not implemented yet in TotalMix FX for iPad.

Thanks for the reply Ralf.. Hopefully RME will implement this as it's rather useful.

We added support for that in the upcoming version 1.1. As there has been some confusion about the Setup storage feature I also added these explanations to the app's help:

Store current State into Device. UFX and UCX can store up to 6 setups (the current state) into their own memory. Note that historically this function had been implemented for stand-alone operation, with the playback row settings not included (there is no playback in stand-alone mode...). Therefore storing and loading such setups in Windows, Mac or iOS operation results in incomplete setups.
