Topic: 9632 + BO9632XLRMKH Headphone settings

I have one HDSP 9632 with just BO9632XLRMKH balanced breakout cable. In Totalmix, i want to set up different channels for headphones and speakers. As stated in the manual, headphone are on channels 11/12 of the HDSP 9632, but i cannot find them...In this configuration (default preset 2) i have the same sound in speakers and headphones. Can someone plase explain where are channels 11/12 ?

Headphones and 'speakers' always carry the same signal. That is explained in the manual as well.
