I am unable to get 5.1/7.1 output with the HDSPe AES card through programs like Media Player Classic. I only get 2 outputs in the RME software. I have configured the windows sound setting to 7.1 and have kept the sample rate the same for MPC and windows and RME card settings at 44.1KHz. I did search and found an old thread where it was suggested to use Interleaved but I could not find that option in the settings. I can get 5.1 output but only if I use the ASIO option in JRiver. The ASIO option does not show up in MPC.
