Topic: Cannot connect to OSC Port on TotalMix (Babyface)

Hi! i'm trying to connect using a python script to the Total mix on my computer. My unit is the RME Babyface and the script is located on the same computer as the audio unit itself.

Settings:
* "Enable OSC Control" is set to on
* Port incoming is 7001.
* I've restarted the computer after changing these settings to make sure they are loaded.

I'm trying to open a TCP Socket to port 7001 and I have tried both the machine's IP-address as well as 127.0.0.1 but I get "Connection refused" every time.  My firewall says that the TotalMixFX.exe process has NO listening sockets open (nor any other sockets).

Please let me know if I can provide additional information. I'm happy to provide whatever I can smile

What I'm a missing? I'm sure I must have overlooked some small detail so would be very grateful for some help so I can get going smile

Kind regards,
Loopa

Re: Cannot connect to OSC Port on TotalMix (Babyface)

I was using TCP but the correct way is to use UDP so now it works fine.

I can't find the OSC settings on my HDSPe AIO though (on my Babyface I can find them easily smile

Re: Cannot connect to OSC Port on TotalMix (Babyface)

The AIO has no TM FX, therefore no OSC support.
