Hey there. I am using Sonar Studio as my DAW and would like to have a midi command at the end of a track to change my Snapshot. Is there a walkthrough to help me set the whole TM and Sonar up?

I use Sonar in a live situation using the playlist so when a track starts I need reverb on which is Snapshot 1 in TM and at the end of a song I need Snapshot 2 which is reverb off.
