Topic: TotalMix on iPad: simple way to record POST-effects?

Using UFX as a standalone recorder on USB stick, with iPad as GUi controller, running TotalMix app.

As far as I understand, DURec records pre-effects. So for instance, if I have a Mic on input 9, and I apply say a Limiter and EQ, they will NOT affect the recorded signal.

However I do want the recorded signal post-effects. There is a way to do so via routing, but I wish there was just a simple (global?) default to record post-effects.

In general, I absolutely am for clean recording and then applying effects in post.

But certain things like cutting out the low freq rumble, and limiting the signal dynamically to prevent overload, should be done while recording.

Is there a simple way to do so?

Thanks in advance.

As already stated in this forum Loopback will be part of the next TM FX iPad release. That is better than a global switch, as it affects only the channels where you need it.
