RME User Forum → HDSP(e) series → Totalmix doesn't connect to midi initially
Everytime I boot the computer I have to check the "enable midi control" to disable and then re-enable to get it to work. Multiface with PCI card (rev 1,8) and latest HDSP driver 3.42.
Any ideas?
Which MIDI ports did you select? If these are from another (USB?) device the ports might come too late, means after TM had been started.

Yeah that's a very good thought, the ports I'm using are virtual ports. I have the "Startdelayer" program, I'll see if I can start Totalmix later.
