Topic: can HDSP 9652 PCI card run without HDSP 9652 expansion board?

Hi:

i just found a secondhand HDSP 9652 PCI card?and plan to buy a new computer use it with my APOGEE AD8000 under WIN7 64bit

but that is only the main card, don't have the HDSP 9652 expansion board,can it work?
i only need 16ch ADAT,and seem don't need WC, APOGEE have its own inter clock.

also i want use Inter Chipset,which motherbord is recommended?

Yes, it works without.
No specific mainboard recommendations...

Sorry, no, and there are no Macs with PCI that will run 10.9 - and no driver support for the older PCI based HDSP cards.
